Obituary

”In this world, wherever there is light-there are also shadows.”- Madura Uchiha (Naruto

Shippuden). It is with great sorrow the family of Zacary C.M. Warren announces his

untimely passing on July 2,2026 at his residence in Westfield, MA. Zacary was born on

November 2,1990 in Springfield to Robert and Marcia (McMahon) Warren. With both

parents working, Zac found himself under the care and guidance of his Auntie Sue and

late Uncle Paul Scott who loved him dearly as if he was one of their own. He spent his

youth and young adulthood in West Springfield, while attending schools in the

surrounding area.

Zacary was a complex individual with a heart of gold. His childlike wonder was

witnessed by those who got to know him as he was playful and funny, while also

philosophical and wise beyond his years. Zac enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life,

from eating ramen to his favorite anime (Naruto), playing Yu-Gi-Oh! at a local card

shop, riding his ebike or hopping on a video game for a solo round or with friends. Zac

also loved music, from Fall Out Boy to My Chemical Romance, he was an EMO kid at

heart. He also, loved the beauty and wonder of nature, even if it was setting up a popup trailer in his parent’s backyard for the Summer or walking around the Mt. Tom

reservation. He especially enjoyed exploring at Moody Springs with family on long car

rides. Zac was also interested in travel, once moving to Portland, OR. One of his

favorite destinations being Cape Cod, where he would don his wet suit and float on a

boogy board in the waves. Additionally, he endured many rough experiences growing

up with social delays and in his 20’s developing a debilitating mental illness, but despite

these experiences he grew into being a kind, gentle man who loved his family

immensely and was a loyal friend, much like his hero Naruto.

Surviving Zacary are his devoted parents, Robert and Marcia and his beloved brother

Benjamin. He will be greatly missed by his large extended family including his loving

aunts, uncles, many cousins and countless friends.

Visitation with his family will be held on Thursday July 23, 2026 at the Agawam Funeral

Home 184 Main Street in Agawam, MA beginning at 4 PM concluding at 6 PM. Burial

will be held privately for the family.
