Yvonne M. Deschaine, beloved sister and aunt, entered eternal life peacefully on September 7,2025. Born in Coaticook, Quebec, Canada to the late Felix and Louisanna Fournier, Yvonne spent her youth and was educated in her homeland of Canada. She went on to have a rewarding career as a bookkeeper, retiring from Ernst & Young after many years of service. While visiting family in the United States she met the love of her life, Joseph Deschaine and they wed and chose to settle in the U.S. Joseph was employed by the former Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and his position required he and Yvonne to live in several different states before finally settling in Florida. After his death in 2023, Yvonne chose to relocate to Agawam to be closer to her family. She was proud of her Canadian heritage and devoted to her family. Yvonne was a devout Catholic and found fellowship in the church. She loved and lived simply, thankful for the gift of each day.

Surviving Yvonne is her beloved sister Claire Raymond and her loving nieces Diane Raymond and Frances Chatis and nephew Lee Raymond.

A Liturgy of Chriatian Burial will be held for Yvonne on Tuesday September 16,2025 at 11 A.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church 833 Main Street in Agawam.  The committal will take place in Fort Pierce, Florida.
