Obituary

Steven Morris was born in Springfield on July 3, 1950, to the late Herbert and Lucy (Scibelli) Morris. A lifelong resident of Agawam, Steven graduated from Agawam High School with the Class of 1969. He devoted his life to Morris Farm, the land owned by his great-grandparents, where he worked long hours planting, cultivating, and harvesting alongside his younger brother, Ray.

Steve was predeceased by his parents and his lifelong partner, Susan Laflamme. He will be deeply missed by his brothers, Joseph, Gilbert, and Raymond, and Raymond’s wife, Michele. He also leaves behind nine nieces and nephews.

Farming was Steve’s pride and joy, and he was loved and respected by all who knew him. In his youth, Steve lived life fully and is remembered by lifelong friends as someone who always stood by them.

He cherished time spent with his nephews, Thomas and John, teaching them the skills of farming and harvesting the land.

Morris Farm extends heartfelt thanks to its loyal customers for their support over the years.
