Obituary

It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of Jim Zucco who left us on March 21,2026. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of sixty-one years Jean, his sons David and Kevin, granddaughter Eva Baird and his sister Paula Rodier as well as nephews John Paul Rodier (Samantha), Jeremy Rodier (Vicki) and three nieces, Kim, Tammy and Michelle. He was predeceased by his parents Bruno and Ruth (Ross) Zucco and two sisters, Mary Leahy and Susan Nardi.

For many years he competed in motorcycle hill climbing and rode snowmobiles for pleasure. He retired from Consolidated Freightways (Local 404) making new friends along the way. He couldn't sit still for very long, so he began driving truck for CDA Roofing.

We invite family and friends to honor Jim's life at the Agawam Funeral Home 184 Main Street on Friday March 27,2026 from 10 until 11 A.M. concluding with a service at 11 A.M. Committal to follow at Agawam Center Cemetery.
