Jennifer Elizabeth
Chagnon
April 30, 1979 – April 20, 2026
Jennifer Elizabeth Chagnon of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 46 on Monday, April 20,2026. She was born on April 30, 1979, a beloved daughter of Linda and Edward Chagnon.
Jennifer was a graduate of Agawam High School and Westfield State University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. Jennifer had a successful 20-year career in marketing, including serving as the Global Product Manager at Omniglow, Senior Marketing Manager at Coveris, and most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer of Catalyst Acoustics in Agawam.
She is predeceased by her loving mother Linda L. Chagnon (Vancini) and her brother Michael E. Chagnon, whom she greatly missed and spoke of often. She is survived by her wife Teraesa Chagnon (Milardo) and their daughter and her shining light, Reese Chagnon; her father Edward Chagnon; sister Michelle Lyman and her husband Jim; sister Lynn Chagnon; mother-in-law Elizabeth Milardo (McKeon) and father-in-law David Milardo; sister-in-law Kim Daly (Milardo) and husband Owen; brother-in-law Todd Ruby; loving nieces and nephews Allison Ruby and her wife Lindsay, Todd Michael Ruby, Keith Ruby, Keira, Owen Daly, and Sienna Daly; great nephew Oliver Ruby and a beloved circle of treasured friends.
Jennifer left behind a legacy of altruism and generosity. Those who knew her had lives and perspectives forever transformed. Jennifer's greatest joy was raising her daughter and creating one-of- a kind moments for her. There was always a newly anticipated vacation, unique jet-skiing experience, or a retail therapy trip planned with every detail meticulously taken care of. Jennifer dedicated her life to taking care of her family with selfless dedication. She was intense, soft-hearted, lived with extreme passion and protected those she loved with ferocity.
Her sense of humor, storytelling, and creative commercial song parodies were unmatched. She had a deep connection with her wife who shared her same perspectives, humor and always got the joke.
Her faithful companions Brie Bear and Pepper and 5 a.m. alarm clocks Jet and Mochi cherished their time with her and have a suitcase of memories to remember her by.
Jennifer built an extraordinary life, touching so many along the way. The memories created are of lasting impact and will be held close in the hearts of her family and friends. There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they are gone, their light remains. Jennifer's journey was a gift to us all and she will be greatly missed.
Services for Jennifer will be held on Tuesday April 28,2026 at the Agawam Funeral Home 184 Main Street with visitation beginning at 12:30 P.M. and concluding with a funeral home service at 2:30 P.M.
