Beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Jane Ann Dennis passed away peacefully Thursday, July 11, 2024 surrounded by so much love.  She was born in Holyoke on September 25, 1948 to the late William and Jean Emmons.

Over the span of Jane's 75 years, she wore many hats which always steered her on the path of helping others.  She enjoyed gardening and each spring proclaimed the arrival of the green grass and trees to be the "brightest green" she'd ever seen.  Flowers and candles were a few of her simple joys as were "girls only" summer visits to South Yarmouth in Cape Cod. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she always found pleasure in their company.

Surviving Jane are her children Felix (Lisa) Vachon of Wilbraham, MA, Robert (Kara) Benson of West Springfield, MA, Brooke (Joseph) Pagnoni of Agawam, MA and BeckyJean (Mustafa) Thompson of West Springfield, MA.  Her grandchildren include Frasier, Gabriella, Alexander, Samantha, Kennadie, Addison, Tristan, Aubrey, Aaron, Savannah and Hunter.

Jane was one of seven children.  She is predeceased by her brother, William and sister, Joann.  Surviving siblings include Kathleen, Sharen, Karen and Lynn.

Much gratitude to Jane's daughter, Brooke, who made her home, Jane's home, and for becoming her full-time caregiver.  Jane lived in comfort, being very well cared for and doted on, as it was meant to be.
