James E. Pease Jr. passed away peacefully surrounded by the love and comfort of his family. He was born in Westfield on June 30,1958 to the late James E. Pease Sr. and Carol (Wheeler) Pease and was raised in Worthington MA. James used his technical proficiencies and his problem-solving abilities to become a successful machine operator for several local businesses. His hands on expertise and willingness to be a team player was appreciated by the staff at international paper where he was employed for many years and recently J. Polep in Chicopee.  James was an avid golfer in his younger years and a faithful follower of the PGA as well as a football fan of the NFL. He enjoyed relaxing with his friends, engaging in playing cards and exchanging pleasantries. Life's simple pleasures were very important to James as was his family and his very close friends. His memory will stay forever in their hearts.
Surviving James are his devoted siblings Donna Marek and her husband Joel, Kenneth Pease and his wife Theresa, Greg Pease and his wife Sally, Michael Pease and his wife Becky and Kristen Macutkiewicz and her husband Joe. He will be greatly missed by his dear friends Amber and Brian whose children affectionately referred to him as Grandpa and his small extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his beloved sister Bonnie Pease.
