Gary Thomas Bonesteel, a resident of Agawam, Massachusetts, born on May 1, 1962, in Springfield, MA, passed away on September 27, 2024. A beloved husband, father, brother, and grandfather, Gary's life was marked by his deep love for his family and his passion for life. He was employed as a machine operator in the manufacturing sector, but his true joy was found in the hobbies he pursued with enthusiasm.

Gary was an avid outdoor enthusiast, cherishing the time he spent snowmobiling, skiing, and golfing. He also enjoyed rooting for his favorite sports team and was a dedicated NASCAR fan, always eager to discuss the latest races. Above all, he relished the moments he spent with his family, creating memories they will forever cherish.

Gary is survived by his wife of 44 years, Helen Bonesteel; his sons, Mike and Wayne Bonesteel; son-in-law, Brian; his brother Steve Bonesteel; sister-in-law, Pam Graves; sister, Sue Lusignan; brother-in-law, Norm Lusignan, and grandson Colin. He leaves behind a large extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irving and Jean Bonesteel.
