Eloise Jean Dunn, a cherished Agawam, MA, community member for the past 23 years, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2024, at 73. Born on April 9, 1951, Eloise dedicated her life to the service of others, spending 35 years tirelessly fundraising for the Neonatal Unit at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. Her unwavering commitment and compassion touched countless lives and made a lasting impact on her community.

Eloise is survived by her dear brother, Edward Dunn, and his wife, Ann, of Kent, CT; her nephews, Christopher and his wife, Ashley Dunn; and Matthew and his wife, Jennifer Dunn, all of Chatham, NJ. She is also survived by her cousins Irene Dondley and her husband Robert Balaban of Lexington, MA; Stephen Dondley and his wife Lorena DuBois of Westfield, MA; Paul and his wife Megan Winkler of West Springfield, MA; and Laura and her husband Dan Misseri of Westfield, MA. Additionally, she leaves behind her close friend Patti St. Laurent of Wilbraham, MA, who was a constant source of unwavering support and companionship, a testament to the strength of their bond.

Eloise was predeceased by her beloved parents, William Dunn and Louise (Winkler) Dunn, who instilled in her the values of kindness and generosity she carried throughout her life.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, June 10, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., where friends and family can gather to pay their respects and celebrate Eloise's remarkable life. In accordance with her wishes, the funeral service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Eloise's memory to the Neonatal Unit at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA. Ensuring that her legacy of helping the most vulnerable lives on.
