Doris R
Siedlik
July 16, 1928 – October 29, 2025
The family of Doris R. Siedlik announces her peaceful passing surrounded by her loving family on October 29, 2025. Born to the late Joseph and Olida (Melanson) Boudreau in Enfield Ct on July 16,1928, she spent her youth and was educated there. Doris wed the love of her life, Stanley Siedlik, in 1952 and together they embarked on their journey through life together welcoming their children and enjoying fifty-eight years of marriage until his passing in 2010. Doris took immense pride in being a mother guiding her children and instilling the values that would help them through life no matter what the challenge. She greeted each day with a smile, thankful for all she held dear to her. She and Stanley felt fortunate for the wonderful family they had and relished every opportunity to spend time with them. As her family expanded with grandchildren Doris was delighted to have more to love and looked forward to traditional Sunday dinners. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Her love for her family was unwavering and unconditional, defining the very essence of who she was. Her life was a beautiful mosaic of resilience, love, and laughter.
Surviving Doris are her devoted children, Gary Siedlik and his wife Kathleen and Lynn Johnson. To carry on her legacy, she leaves her cherished grandchildren Valerie, Allison, Emily, Holly, Robert and great grandchildren Amelia, Gen, Ethan, Elodie, Eva, Charlie, Juliana, and her beloved sister Irene Falkowski. She will be greatly missed by her large extended family and friends. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Stanley, her sons Glenn and Robert and her sisters Rita Therrien and Therese Browne. Her family would like to express their gratitude to Mary's Meadow for the care and compassion shown to Doris.
Services for Doris will be held privately for the family at the Agawam Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made to a charity of one's choice.
