Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Cecile M. Favreau entered eternal rest peacefully in the comfort of her family on April 11,2024. She was born in Claremont N.H, the youngest of eleven children, to the late Joseph and Marion (Dezandre) Morin on December 23, 1945. Cecile was raised and educated in Claremont, later settling in Agawam in 1963. She was the devoted mother to her two children and took great pride in creating a loving, nurturing home where she instilled values that would in their journey of life. Cecile also had a career as an administrative assistant and was a valued member of the team at Lego formerly in Enfield. She was an avid seamstress as well as a skilled crafter leaving many of her magnificent creations for her family to cherish. She also found playing video games to be entertaining. Her most treasured times were those spent with her family. She adored her grandchildren and held a special bond with her sisters looking forward to each meeting. Her love for her family was unwavering and unconditional, defining the very essence of who she was.
Surviving Cecile are her loving daughter Lisa Marie Dupont and her husband Lawrence of Feeding Hills and loving son Thomas Favreau Sr. and his wife Donna of Southwick. To carry on her legacy, she leaves her cherished grandchildren Savanah Pinet, Thomas Favreau, Brittany Favreau, Elizabeth Arcouette, Jeremy Favreau, Felicia Favreau and several great grandchildren. She also leaves her beloved sister Theresa Kwatowski as well as a large extended family and countless friends. She was predeceased by her nine siblings.
Visitation with her family will be held on Wednesday April 17,2024 from 4-6 P. M. at the Agawam Funeral Home 184 Main Street concluding with a service beginning at 6 P.M. Burial will be held privately for the family. For those wishing to remember Cecile in a special way the family suggests donating to the Dakin Humane Society 171 Union Street Springfield MA 01105
