It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Beverly A. Dudley, a remarkable woman of strength and grace, on December 16, 2024. Born Beverly LeClaire to Wilmer and Ora LeClaire on September 13, 1936, in Springfield, MA, Beverly embodied determination and a deep love for her family throughout her life. In 1961, she moved to Agawam, MA, where she dedicated her later years to creating cherished memories filled with love, joy, and the warmth of home-cooked meals.

In 1956, Beverly married the love of her life, Alfred Dudley, and together they nurtured a beautiful family. She served her community as a school bus driver for Springfield Schools until her retirement in 2006. Beyond her work, Beverly found joy in gardening and loved going out for dinner with family and friends. Her greatest happiness came from spending time with her loved ones, fostering traditions and moments that will forever resonate in their hearts.

Beverly's spirit and love endure in her children, Cynthia Joyal, Suzanne Ricard, Donna Dudley, and Alfred Dudley; her siblings, Norman LeClaire, Diane Conger, and Gloria Stabley; her grandchildren, Michelle, Thomas, Ashley, Jeremy, Philip, and Stephanie; and her great-grandchildren, Adriana and Viviane. She leaves behind an extended family and many friends who will miss her dearly. Beverly now rejoins her beloved husband, Alfred Dudley, her parents, Wilmer and Ora LeClaire, and her brother, Richard LeClaire, in eternal peace.

Calling hours will be held on January 10, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Agawam Funeral Home, followed by a funeral home service at 12:00 PM. Afterward, a committal service will take place at Agawam Center Cemetery.

In honor of Beverly's legacy, donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital reflecting her compassionate spirit and dedication to helping others.
