BettyAnn Manchino, beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 78. Born in Springfield, Massachusetts, on July 18, 1946, she was a lifelong resident of the area, living in Agawam for over 50 years. Bettyann, a retired secretary, was known for her dedication to her family, her love for the beach, the town of Agawam, and football, especially her favorite player, Aaron Rogers from the NY Jets.
Raised in West Springfield, she attended local schools, later raising her own family in nearby Agawam. She enjoyed occasional trips to the casino and loved spending time with her grandchildren, Abbey and Michael. Her love for life was contagious and she left an indelible impression on everyone she met.
BettyAnn is survived by her daughter, Gina Maloney; son, James Maloney and her two grandchildren, that always had a special place in her heart- Abbey and Michael. She was one of five siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Frances Manchino. BettyAnn leaves behind a community of friends and a small extended family of nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.All services are private.
